REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION Policy

1. Introduction

At Aswad Oud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return through our official e-commerce platform, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns are applicable to the entire order only. Individual item returns are not permitted.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all inserts and labels.
  • Approval of return requests depends on the value of the products and internal review.

3. Non-Returnable Orders

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Return requests made after the 7-day period.
  • Orders marked as non-returnable on the platform (if applicable in the future).

4. Return Process

  • Step 1 - Submit Request: Use the return request option available in your order history on our e-commerce platform within 7 days of delivery.
  • Step 2 - Review: Our support team will review your request based on eligibility and order details.
  • Step 3 - Return Authorization: If approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning the entire order.
  • Step 4 - Prepare Shipment: Securely pack all items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Step 5 - Return Shipment: Ship the order to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
  • In case of incorrect, damaged, or defective items sent by us, we will also reimburse your return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, return shipping charges and original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not supported. To receive a different item, you may return the existing order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective order, please initiate a return request through the platform within 7 days.
